? ? ? 按照國家稅務(wù)總局統(tǒng)一部署，自然人稅收管理系統(tǒng)（個稅部分）將于2018年12月31日正式上線。自然人稅收管理系統(tǒng)向納稅人和扣繳義務(wù)人提供稅務(wù)大廳端、扣繳客戶端、手機(jī)端及網(wǎng)頁端四個渠道，業(yè)務(wù)范圍涉及登記（采集）、申報、優(yōu)惠、征收、證明、會統(tǒng)核算、查詢統(tǒng)計。現(xiàn)就有關(guān)事項公告如下：
一、自然人稅收管理系統(tǒng)（個稅部分）功能
稅務(wù)大廳端是面向稅務(wù)人員的業(yè)務(wù)辦理渠道，與金稅三期統(tǒng)一門戶，支持依申請的辦稅業(yè)務(wù)、依職權(quán)的日常管理業(yè)務(wù)辦理。
扣繳客戶端是面向扣繳單位辦稅人員的遠(yuǎn)程業(yè)務(wù)辦理渠道，主要支持辦稅人員實(shí)名、個稅預(yù)扣預(yù)繳申報和繳稅業(yè)務(wù)辦理。
手機(jī)端是直接面向自然人的遠(yuǎn)程業(yè)務(wù)辦理渠道，采用手機(jī)APP形式，主要支持個人實(shí)名注冊、個稅預(yù)扣預(yù)繳申報和繳稅業(yè)務(wù)辦理。
網(wǎng)頁端是直接面向自然人的遠(yuǎn)程業(yè)務(wù)辦理渠道，與山西省電子稅務(wù)局集成，主要支持個人實(shí)名注冊、個稅預(yù)扣預(yù)繳申報和繳稅業(yè)務(wù)辦理。
二、金三系統(tǒng)并庫安排
根據(jù)國家稅務(wù)總局金三系統(tǒng)并庫統(tǒng)一安排，我省將于2019年1月23日20 :00至31日8:00進(jìn)行金三系統(tǒng)并庫，屆時將暫停辦理個人所得稅涉及的登記、申報、優(yōu)惠、征收、證明等業(yè)務(wù)，請廣大納稅人妥善安排好業(yè)務(wù)辦理時間。金三系統(tǒng)并庫期間，個人所得稅專項附加扣除信息的采集填報可以通過自然人稅收管理系統(tǒng)（個稅部分）手機(jī)App端和網(wǎng)頁Web端正常填報。
